The Sharon Alexander Scholarship honors the life and legacy of long-time Troy School District teacher, Ms. Sharon Alexander. The Troy Foundation for Educational Excellence may award the Scholarship to up to four students of the Troy School District’s 2025 graduating class. Proceeds of the Scholarship must be used in connection with post- secondary education studies.
The 2025 Scholarship amount is $2,000 per student. As used in this Application, “Fine Arts and Communications” means, but is not limited to, the disciplines of drama, theater, speech, communications, forensics, radio and television production, art, and music (e.g., band, orchestra, choir, etc.)
Complete Applications must be received no later than Friday, March 21st at 11:59 pm (“Deadline”). No Applications will be accepted after the Deadline. Incomplete Applications will not be considered.
